After one week of taking this capsule I developed hematuria (blood in my urine). It was gross in nature and came on abruptly. In reminiscing on all of my recent changes and reading the reviews on this product because it was the only recent change I had made; I discovered bleeding was reported as a side effect from another customer. I am now on antibiotics with my urine being sent of for culture. I stopped this product immediately and will not be taking it again.

Have been taking for a week. Very bloated! No other changes unfortunately. Expensive for the small amount of capsules received. Would not purchase again.
