[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that these probiotics are made specifically for women. They help regulate my digestive system and keep me from having stomach issues. However, for some reason I find these specific ones very diffucult to swallow. They often stick to my throat and make me gag, which doesn't happen with the regular Culturelle digestive health probiotics I was taking previously. I also think they work similarly, as I didn't really notice a difference between the two. For that reason I will probably stick to those, but if you want a women's specific probiotic and you don't have issues swallowing pills, I would recommend these.

As I age I feel more of a need for probiotics.I was taking the supplement as it was recommended. I feel I need to put more good bacteria into my guts, to improve my digestion.

Also like that they are free of everything that shouldn't be included (gluten, artificial junk, etc.) and have all the good stuff women need to lead a healthy lifestyle. Give 'em a try! It helps keep my digestive system regular when maybe I’m not quite eating the best, and just overall I have less digestive upset when regularly taking this product. I would get it again.

I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.
