I started taking the product on April 17, so I have 2 weeks experience to go on. This brand of Culturelle did an excellent job with my digestive well-being. All in all I find this to be the brand for me, Culturelle Digestive Health Women's Healthy Balance. It seems right for women, made me feel ,ah, fresher shall we say. With this probiotic, I could feel my gut health and digestion improve. As a woman it's important to find a good probiotic that takes care of not only our gut health, but vaginal health and this one hits the mark!

I really love that they have made a product that works specifically with women's bodies. I feel like using a probiotic really does make a difference in your overall digestive health and I try to take them when I can afford it. I feel like Culturelle is a higher quality brand than many of the others out there. These products seem to work better. The only downside is that Culturelle is the only brand that doesn't really invest in gummy/chewable versions of their probiotics. I am not a fan at all of the capsules. They are very hard for me to swallow, and they leave a bad taste in my mouth for several hours after taking them. For this reason, I usually take them at night. I would be super happy if Culturelle would make a Women's Healthy Balance probiotic in a chewable format!
