My stomach issues seemed to have improved quite a bit after taking this for a short while. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

This product's pills are thin and small enough to have a pleasant experience. You can taste it a bit if you take it on its own, but it doesn't have a horrible aftertaste. All in all, I will look further into this when I experience more of the benefits from this product.

Digestive Health Extra Strength has been my favorite, but I really like this Women's Healthy Balance, and that it supports more than just digestive health, but also supports immune and feminine health. I haven't noticed any real differences in my overall digestive issues, nor have I noticed any side effects. I want to give myself a full month of use to evaluate any changes.

I am now trying to be more proactive to try to lessen the frequency of those occurrences. I was intrigued by the Culturelle 4 in 1 Protection. I like that it can support my gut microbiome with pre biotics and probiotics with one daily capsule. The combination of good bacteria also benefit my urinary, vaginal, digestive and immune heaths for overall health support. I gave it a good try before writing this to see if it made a difference in how I felt. The first few days I passed small amounts of painless gas and my bladder seemed a bit on edge. But that quickly disappeared and I really feel great. I am happy to be doing something so easy that benefits my health.
