I have been using Culturelle products for about 4 years now recommended first by my pharmacist as the best probiotics in the market and have seen significant results. It is nice to have a probiotic that is made specifically to help with women's health in addition to the benefits Culturelle already has. But for me personally, I take this for more reasons than just digestive health, and the extra probiotic strains are giving me some problems. (I'm unable to be more specific without "making claims not supported by Culturelle" about my immune health.) But for those taking this simply for digestive health, I'd recommend this new version.
