Before I started using the product, I had very bad gas, bloating and pain almost every time I ate. This product really works. I was quite pleased to find this Culturelle Digestive Health Women's Healthy Balance product. This definitely has more ingredients in it than any others I have used in the past plus it is designed for women. I have been taking this fit almost two weeks and have not had any problems with it. I have eaten two fairly large meals out during this time and had no digestive problems afterwards. The pills are easy to swallow too which I appreciate. I have to admit that I thought the shape of the box was rather cute! This is a good and helpful product that I like using.
