I didn't have any issues on this trip, and no adverse effects either. I didn't notice any change in the feminine health category, but I wasn't experiencing any issues. I really love that they have made a product that works specifically with women's bodies. I feel like using a probiotic really does make a difference in your overall digestive health and I try to take them when I can afford it. I feel like Culturelle is a higher quality brand than many of the others out there. These products seem to work better. The only downside is that Culturelle is the only brand that doesn't really invest in gummy/chewable versions of their probiotics. I am not a fan at all of the capsules. They are very hard for me to swallow, and they leave a bad taste in my mouth for several hours after taking them. For this reason, I usually take them at night. I would be super happy if Culturelle would make a Women's Healthy Balance probiotic in a chewable format!
