While important, urinary and vaginal health and doing everything possible to maintain balance and ensure I’m giving my body what it needs to get and stay healthy in these areas is especially important to me. The capsules are very easy to ingest and not too large. They are odorless and tasteless. I didn’t experience any bloating or gas which can happen initially. I really wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of efficacy. I did notice after a week or so my urine was not as strong which is good. This is an easy supplement I will continue to take going forward instead of trying to consume certain yogurts to get the proper bacteria I need.

I found this product great for my system. I don't have that bloated, out of sorts feeling. I don't have that horrible room clearing gas. I don't have the 'upset stomach' that I got with other products. This product is gentle but does get the job done.
