Not only has it helped my gut, but it's helped my immune system as well. I work with kids, and I managed not to get sick when a few of them had colds during the same week. Most digestive care products do not help women to the full extent as women need more healthy bacteria throughout their body to remain regular through menstrul cycles.

I didn’t really notice a difference until a week later when I was experiencing nausea and just sick to my stomach. So I stopped it to see if that’s what it was. I began taking it once again and my stomach issues and nauseous feeling returned. So yes, basically it’s not for me my system cannot tolerate it. This is the first time I’ve ever used it. And I’m not sure one way or another if I would recommend it as everyone tolerates things differently.
