Its easy to swallow. It didn't have any after taste. I did notice that after eating certain foods they gave me bloating eased up a little. I have had to go to the bathroom a little more but thats ok. I like it that its just for woman. It works with just women's digestive health. I will continue to take the rest of the bottle and i'm sure i will have more healthy benefits.
