They also don't have any artificial flavors in them which is good. it helps my bloating almost immediately after I start taking them.

This version (the digestive health one) has 10 Billion CFUs and 200 mg of Inulin (Chicory Root) to help with digestion. The inulin seems to help provide fiber and keep you "regular." This was the only brand of probiotic that my GI doctor recommended, so I feel confident that it is effective. I feel that it has made a significant difference for me after using it daily for a few months.
