I didn't really notice that much of a change in my digestion, though maybe if I were to take this longer I would see the benefits. I found this product great for my system. I don't have that bloated, out of sorts feeling. I don't have that horrible room clearing gas. I don't have the 'upset stomach' that I got with other products. This product is gentle but does get the job done.
