It’s a small capsule that’s easy to take and has an added benefit for woman’s health to control the balance of good bacteria and yeast. It has helped tremendously with my tummy issues! I have had no side effects.

So easy to take and to add to my daily supplement routine. I love that it is designed especially for women and helps create a healthy balance for all specific women's needs. It is vegan without all of the bad stuff, as well. One capsule per day is all I need to promote my digestive health with the bonus of feminine health to assist me in my overall health. Decided to try this new one for a month and had so much flatulence after one week, i stopped it. Never had this problem with the original. Will stick with that. thank you for the sample, but it didn't work for me.

I found Culturelle works best for me, taken every other day. the woman's health balance works for me the same as other Culturelle products. It gives me a sense of well being that it is formulated with women in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lot of my friends have recommended me a probiotics as I was struggling a digestion. I was skeptical about these, and I didn't easily used to swallow pills very well; so reluctant to take regularly. I've took this product weeks now, and will continue to do so. The most noticeable difference this has made for me is a better immune system, better digestive health, less abdominal bloating, and just overall better health and feeling. It is very easy to take (swallow) as it is relatively small pill. It is first thing I do in the morning on an empty stomach. Great stuff.
