Since I have begun taking these, I feel healthy and have no issues with my urinary, digestive or immune health. These capsules have both probiotics and prebiotics and are allergy free from milk, wheat, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts. I will continue to take these because I feel they are beneficial to my women's health.

I've been taking probiotic supplements for the last couple of years and I'm always interested in trying new formulas; this one didn't disappoint. I've always been very satisfied with Culturelle products and I like how this particular formula is geared toward women, comes in an easily swallowed capsule form, and provides noticeable results; I always feel better when I take probiotics and experience less "digestive issues" compared to when I don't take them. This is another good staple product from Culturelle and I'd definitely recommend it.

I haven't noticed any real differences in my overall digestive issues, nor have I noticed any side effects. I want to give myself a full month of use to evaluate any changes.
