I've been using the product for a couple of weeks with good results. I eat a vegan, mostly raw diet, and this Digestive Health Women's product is what I have been looking for. It really does keep my digestive system in a healthy balance.

I have not been susceptible to viruses as I've been in the past, even the common cold my boys tend to get with the weather change. It has really helped to keep me regular and has eliminated extra bloating. I can tell the difference when I miss taking it a couple of days now that I've been taking it for a little while. One thing I really liked is the capsules come in foil protected sleeves, so they stay fresh compared to capsules in a pill bottle. They are not huge like I've found other probiotics to be, which make them easy to swallow for me at least. Best of all, the pills themselves have no foul smell like some others I've noticed have.
