I have been taking Culturelle products for years and was excited to see that they have a four in one. I much prefer taking a product one time for multiple benefits than taking single products to target each one. This box comes with 30 capsules which is the equivalent to a months supply. Each capsule contains 5 clinically proven strains of probiotics. Together they help to support a woman’s vaginal, urinary digestive and immune health. I like that I only need to take one a day, they don’t need to be refrigerated and they’re easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. I usually take one before bed and have noticed positive effects. I would definitely recommend trying these if you’re looking for a one capsule probiotic for different benefits.

This is intended to make my digestive health better...but additives aren't going to help me in any way! Other Culturelle products I use don't have caramel color - please hold this product to the same high standards!

The directions/instructions state that you may have kind of like that rumbling in your belly the first couple of days and sure enough I did. But it wasn't bothersome or painful, you could just feel that rumbling feeling for a bit and then it went away. The product itself is great. I feel like it helped a lot and the promise of healthy balance is true. I don't know what's been up with my body lately but this product came at a perfect time. I've tried probiotic juice shots and yogurt shots but didn't feel like they did anything so this was a good option.
