I've been using the product for a couple of weeks with good results. I eat a vegan, mostly raw diet, and this Digestive Health Women's product is what I have been looking for. It really does keep my digestive system in a healthy balance.

It was kind of hard to swallow the pill. I have noticed a slight improvement in my self, as in I feel like I have a little more energy and not feeling groggy as I usually do. I have been going to the bathroom more than usual and you know it's working when that happens

I have always taken a daily probiotic but knowing I can take one that covers several aspects of my health is great! The pills are a good size and easy to swallow and I didn't notice any strange aftertaste like with some other brands of probiotics. Its a great addition to my daily routine! The only thing I don't understand is the bottle inside of a large box - it seems the packaging could be streamlined a little. I expected to see blister packs like in other Culturelle probiotic options and was confused when I opened the box and looked inside.
