[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for a while and I am loving the feeling. I haven’t had an stomach issues since I started taking it. I did miss a few days and I could tell the difference from when I was consistent.

I was recommended these probiotics by my doctor, and I was really excited to try them. I saw the side effects included "minor bloating", but I didn't think too much of it. Right after I started taking them I became incredibly constipated, like I tried laxatives and coffee but nothing was working, and I became soooo bloated. My stomach was like 3 times the size it usually is and I felt sick all the time. I stopped taking them two days ago and I am slowly getting back to normal. The reviews are good, so I'm assuming this might be only a me case, but I hate to admit that I can't take these anymore.

I’ve been on probiotics basically my whole life because my belly has always had issues and these probiotics help reduce bloating and cramping and helped with digestion. When I finished them, I went back to the old probiotics I was on and felt the difference right away so I went and purchased a box of these!

But I must say I noticed no difference with this product as I have with other products I've used from Culturelle. Which was really disappointing. I have tummy issues and vitamins typically help me but these did not.

While important, urinary and vaginal health and doing everything possible to maintain balance and ensure I’m giving my body what it needs to get and stay healthy in these areas is especially important to me. The capsules are very easy to ingest and not too large. They are odorless and tasteless. I didn’t experience any bloating or gas which can happen initially. I really wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of efficacy. I did notice after a week or so my urine was not as strong which is good. This is an easy supplement I will continue to take going forward instead of trying to consume certain yogurts to get the proper bacteria I need.
