I have been taking this for a few weeks now and have noticed an improvement in my digestive system, I feel that it has helped to regulate my system with no side effects. It is a small easy to swallow pill that you only need to take once a day to keep your intestinal system in balance and running smoothly. Thankfully, it does not give you gas or bloat cramps like other probiotics I have tried did. Yes, you will go more, But it is gentle, so there is none of that intestinal gas pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been searching for something that offered "healthy balance" for myself (a woman!) and this product came up as new and it seemed to have everything I was looking for. The directions/instructions state that you may have kind of like that rumbling in your belly the first couple of days and sure enough I did. But it wasn't bothersome or painful, you could just feel that rumbling feeling for a bit and then it went away. The product itself is great. I feel like it helped a lot and the promise of healthy balance is true. I don't know what's been up with my body lately but this product came at a perfect time. I've tried probiotic juice shots and yogurt shots but didn't feel like they did anything so this was a good option.
