I was excited to try it after reading that it not only helps protect against unhealthy bacteria in the vaginal area but it provides digestive and immune support. I like that they don’t have a yucky smell and the capsules are easy to swallow. I did feel a little bloated the first day I started taking them and a tiny bit the second day but after that, it went away and was fine. I was concerned until I read that bloating can happen and it’s just part of the process. I felt better after eating, my tummy wasn’t hurting after every meal as it was before.

I think the combination of the two has greatly diminished any stomach discomfort I had been experiencing.
