It's a relatively small sized capsule and sitting next to my daily multivitamin was easy to remember to take. The packaging was easy to use also.

I was skeptical about these, and I didn't easily used to swallow pills very well; so reluctant to take regularly. I've took this product weeks now, and will continue to do so. The most noticeable difference this has made for me is a better immune system, better digestive health, less abdominal bloating, and just overall better health and feeling. It is very easy to take (swallow) as it is relatively small pill. It is first thing I do in the morning on an empty stomach. Great stuff.

This is intended to make my digestive health better...but additives aren't going to help me in any way! Other Culturelle products I use don't have caramel color - please hold this product to the same high standards!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the probiotics product. I've taken vitamins/supplements before where the pills are huge and difficult to swallow. This product's pills are thin and small enough to have a pleasant experience. You can taste it a bit if you take it on its own, but it doesn't have a horrible aftertaste. All in all, I will look further into this when I experience more of the benefits from this product.

I’m sure this product helped support all 4 however, the one that I noticed the best was digestive support.
