As we get older our body usually needs help. I would recommend this product. We all need some help with our digestive tract.

As I get older and my life is still as busy as every - I've definitely been prone to uncomfortable digestive situations especially when I'm traveling and my daily routine is thrown off. I've definitely noticed more of a balance internally and a more settled digestive system while adding these do my daily supplements. Also - I'm not able to swallow large pills and am not a big fan of chewables - so these capsules were perfect as they were very easy to swallow without any sort of after taste. Would definitely recommend!

I've been taking probiotic supplements for the last couple of years and I'm always interested in trying new formulas; this one didn't disappoint. I've always been very satisfied with Culturelle products and I like how this particular formula is geared toward women, comes in an easily swallowed capsule form, and provides noticeable results; I always feel better when I take probiotics and experience less "digestive issues" compared to when I don't take them. This is another good staple product from Culturelle and I'd definitely recommend it.

I have suffered with digestive issues and an irregular system for years Digestive Health Women's Healthy Balance was a great addition to my daily regimen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that these probiotics are made specifically for women. They help regulate my digestive system and keep me from having stomach issues. However, for some reason I find these specific ones very diffucult to swallow. They often stick to my throat and make me gag, which doesn't happen with the regular Culturelle digestive health probiotics I was taking previously. I also think they work similarly, as I didn't really notice a difference between the two. For that reason I will probably stick to those, but if you want a women's specific probiotic and you don't have issues swallowing pills, I would recommend these.
