The capsule sizes were a bit on the large size, so it took some getting used to. Otherwise this product helped us and without the bloating like other products may cause. I started getting a lot of gas with culturelle. I don't know if it was because of the new probiotic or going off the old one. I have tried several brands before and never had gas. This went on for about a week so I stopped taking it for a week and when I started taking it again it did not happen. It seems to be a good probiotic keeping my system healthy and balanced.
