I feel a lot better and tend to have less stomach issues. When I first tried Culturelle digestive health I was surprised it tasted very nice no chalky taste or after taste and it seemed to work very well for me. I have been having great digestion and I am totally regular no gassy issues or upset tummies it seems to be working great.
