My gut feels so good and so balanced, I dont know how I ever lived without this probiotic!! My “system” has always been messed up but since i’ve been taking the healthy balance I feel SO much better! I had just gotten off of antibiotics and my stomach was really messed up. After just a couple days of these probiotics , I was back to normal and then some. They really do help. Thankfully, it does not give you gas or bloat cramps like other probiotics I have tried did. Yes, you will go more, But it is gentle, so there is none of that intestinal gas pain.

I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.
