Not only the benefits of helping establish and maintain a good "gut" flora environment but also that it helped with the good bacteria in the female reproductive tract. I have been buying separate products (one for digestive health, one for female health) and am so happy that I can now take this all in one. I will continue to purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this product in April to help with irregularities and changes that my doctor prescribed to my diet. I took a capsule every other day with water in the afternoon. I feel a difference after a week.

I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.

Awesome feature is I don’t notice any bad side effects when taking even though it tells you on the side of box you may experience some bloating and gas at first. My stomach feels a lot better Compared to before taking. I love that it has the feminine health, to keep things going right down there. Pretty happy with this product.

In general, I feel like I have less abdominal pain. I also have noticed I have a more regulated movement. After trying a couple other probiotics, I decided this is the one for me because of all the good effects I've experienced.
