As women, we need to make sure that as we take care of others in our busy lives, that we also take care of ourselves. I like that it comes in a one month thirty day supply bottle. That alone, makes life much easier. The small white capsules are easy for me to swallow, and there is no off-putting after taste. It is suggested to store the bottle in cool, dark place. The cap is easy to unscrew, but not child-proof. Culturelle Probiotics Women's 4 in 1 Protection once daily vegetarian capsules dietary supplement, is definitely a good choice that I made for me!

As women we want to feel protected and this just covers it. It's all about restoring the good bacteria in our gut, vaginal, urinary or in the digestive tract. Digestive Health Extra Strength has been my favorite, but I really like this Women's Healthy Balance, and that it supports more than just digestive health, but also supports immune and feminine health.
