I found that it improved my gut. I am feeling more energized and overall feel that is due to having help in my digestion. I have read how important having good probiotics are, and find this brand to be the best. I have tried others but did not have the same health benefits as id do with this brand.

This product's pills are thin and small enough to have a pleasant experience. You can taste it a bit if you take it on its own, but it doesn't have a horrible aftertaste. All in all, I will look further into this when I experience more of the benefits from this product.

Having tried other probiotics in the past, I was looking for one to travel with, which was more shelf stable. This one came in a nice small bottle and appeared to be shelf stable. It was easy to take as directed and I experienced no adverse effects. I didn't particularly notice any drastic improvements in my digestion experience and that may be due to maintaining a healthy eating pattern already. That being said, I felt supported by the probiotic and felt it was helpful even not knowing the full results.
