I was skeptical about these, and I didn't easily used to swallow pills very well; so reluctant to take regularly. I've took this product weeks now, and will continue to do so. The most noticeable difference this has made for me is a better immune system, better digestive health, less abdominal bloating, and just overall better health and feeling. It is very easy to take (swallow) as it is relatively small pill. It is first thing I do in the morning on an empty stomach. Great stuff.
