I was quite pleased to find this Culturelle Digestive Health Women's Healthy Balance product. This definitely has more ingredients in it than any others I have used in the past plus it is designed for women. I have been taking this fit almost two weeks and have not had any problems with it. I have eaten two fairly large meals out during this time and had no digestive problems afterwards. The pills are easy to swallow too which I appreciate. I have to admit that I thought the shape of the box was rather cute! This is a good and helpful product that I like using.

I didn't really notice that much of a change in my digestion, though maybe if I were to take this longer I would see the benefits. I've been taking probiotic supplements for the last couple of years and I'm always interested in trying new formulas; this one didn't disappoint. I've always been very satisfied with Culturelle products and I like how this particular formula is geared toward women, comes in an easily swallowed capsule form, and provides noticeable results; I always feel better when I take probiotics and experience less "digestive issues" compared to when I don't take them. This is another good staple product from Culturelle and I'd definitely recommend it.
