This is intended to make my digestive health better...but additives aren't going to help me in any way! Other Culturelle products I use don't have caramel color - please hold this product to the same high standards!

I didn’t really notice a difference until a week later when I was experiencing nausea and just sick to my stomach. So I stopped it to see if that’s what it was. I began taking it once again and my stomach issues and nauseous feeling returned. So yes, basically it’s not for me my system cannot tolerate it. This is the first time I’ve ever used it. And I’m not sure one way or another if I would recommend it as everyone tolerates things differently.
