I especially like that it is also a probiotic for woman's health. Great that it is dairy free, gluten free and sugar-free. I don't notice any bad side effects when taking even though it tells you on the side of box you may experience some bloating and gas at first. My stomach feels a lot better! Before I started using the product, I had very bad gas, bloating and pain almost every time I ate. This product really works.
