I like how this formula focuses on digestive, feminine and overall health by containing 5 clinically proven strains and 15 billion CFU's. They do not contain artificial dyes, artificial preservatives, lactose, milk, dairy, yeast, gluten, wheat or soy. I will buy this again when my 30 day supply runs out because I believe that it works.

The capsule sizes were a bit on the large size, so it took some getting used to. Otherwise this product helped us and without the bloating like other products may cause. I like the size of the capsule, very easy to take and I usually have trouble with larger pills, and there is no unpleasant aftertaste. I also like the fact that it's geared towards women.

I have read that probiotics may help keep the gut in good working order and that good bacteria is great for the stomach. I waa trying to eat yogurt to get the probiotics but then I decided to try this because yogurt for breakfast each day was getting boring. I take 1 dose of this probiotic every single day and it is so much easier than forcing down a cup of yogurt!
