Culturelle sent me a free sample of this product, and being a frequent probiotic user, I was excited to try it. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and I love it! It comes in an easy to take capsule that I just swallow once a day. That's it! No stirring or mixing, no weird taste. This particular Culturelle product is made for women, so in addition to the bacteria that they usually provide to help maintain a healthy gut, it also comes with a unique blend of four other kinds of bacteria that are most dominant in healthy feminine areas. It's hard to find a product like this that meets my needs so fully; I'm so happy I gave it a try!

Culturelle Women's Healthy Balance comes in these easy to swallow tablets. Sometimes I get bloated from eating certain foods and this really helps. It doesn't have any side effects and an unbearable taste. I am glad this product exists for my daily stomach issues.
