So far I haven't noticed any health effects. However, I am happy that the ingredients on this product have improved. It doesn't contain dairy, gluten, soy or artificial dyes and preservatives.

Its easy to swallow. It didn't have any after taste. I did notice that after eating certain foods they gave me bloating eased up a little. I have had to go to the bathroom a little more but thats ok. I had to stop using it due to the excessive gas and very soft bowel movements. It basically acted like a mild laxative. I have been taking Culturelle products for years and was excited to see that they have a four in one. I much prefer taking a product one time for multiple benefits than taking single products to target each one. This box comes with 30 capsules which is the equivalent to a months supply. Each capsule contains 5 clinically proven strains of probiotics. Together they help to support a woman’s vaginal, urinary digestive and immune health. I like that I only need to take one a day, they don’t need to be refrigerated and they’re easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. I usually take one before bed and have noticed positive effects. I would definitely recommend trying these if you’re looking for a one capsule probiotic for different benefits.

This product's pills are thin and small enough to have a pleasant experience. You can taste it a bit if you take it on its own, but it doesn't have a horrible aftertaste. All in all, I will look further into this when I experience more of the benefits from this product.
