I've read that different strains are better at taking care of different parts of me. I like this Women's Healthy Balance for this reason, it has a couple different strains and it's for women and it's by Culturelle a name I have trusted a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Culterelle and I just love that they have come out with a women's specific probiotic...I just finished my bottle and although I had positive results and would definitely use again....I had better results with the Extra Strength Probiotics....I just noticed that my body jived a little better with that one, but Culterelle can do no wrong in my book....I am willing to try anything they come out with and I think you should to and find out which one of the Culterelle Products works best for you...sometimes it's trial and error especially with probiotics. So far I haven't noticed any health effects. However, I am happy that the ingredients on this product have improved. It doesn't contain dairy, gluten, soy or artificial dyes and preservatives.

I like that they help my body in several ways, with digestive health, feminine health and over all wellness. The size of the pill is a little bigger than I like, but they are pretty easy to swallow. I like that there are 15 billion CFUs. and that they are vegetarian. I like that they are Dairy free, cluten free and sugar free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Culturelle Women's Digestive Health for about 2 1/2 weeks now and am really pleased with it.it is very easy to take with no aftertaste. My stomach issues seemed to have improved quite a bit after taking this for a short while. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

I bought these due to me being on an overall healthy journey,. Long story short, I developed an allergic reaction to these probiotics. Mind you, I’m never been allergic to ANYTHING. Within about 4 days of taking these, I began to experience welts on the back of my hand and the top of my foot. They were itching really bad. Then my throat started to feel weird. Like I said, I have never been allergic to anything so I didn’t think nothing of it. Once I looked up what people do when they have an allergic reaction to stuff, that’s when I knew what happened. My throat was starting to close. I took a Zyrtec and that helped. I will never purchase these again.

I have not been susceptible to viruses as I've been in the past, even the common cold my boys tend to get with the weather change. It has really helped to keep me regular and has eliminated extra bloating. I can tell the difference when I miss taking it a couple of days now that I've been taking it for a little while. One thing I really liked is the capsules come in foil protected sleeves, so they stay fresh compared to capsules in a pill bottle. They are not huge like I've found other probiotics to be, which make them easy to swallow for me at least. Best of all, the pills themselves have no foul smell like some others I've noticed have. I was given the chance to try these free in exchange for my review and highly recommend them!
