It makes it easier to toss it in a travel bag and not have the capsules get smashed. This product has been a lifesaver on trips where I splurge and don’t eat as healthy. I'm not sure what women's benefits there are, but they seemed to help keep my digestive system in check. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Culturelle Women’s 4and1 protection probiotic. Easy to swallow shape & size. Easy to store, no need for extra care like refrigeration, etc. yes, it did give me some gassiness bloating for about the 1st week, but I found taking it later in the day like around dinner time, I was able to feel great each day. And I was able to have a more satisfying complete trip to the bathroom every morning. Better than usual and each day. And really the side effects went away for me after the 1st week. I’m feeling quite well. I also really like the container they come in, rather than a blister for example, a blister pack. Plus, I can recycle the bottle when it’s empty. I actually think I will keep up with these probiotics after this bottle is done. I haven’t always kept up taking probiotics, mostly because they are just ok in how well they work. These are outstanding. I love having my system/gut feel completely well each day. So worth it! I totally recommend. Don’t hesitate to try these. I think most will agree with me.

I have not been susceptible to viruses as I've been in the past, even the common cold my boys tend to get with the weather change. It has really helped to keep me regular and has eliminated extra bloating. I can tell the difference when I miss taking it a couple of days now that I've been taking it for a little while. One thing I really liked is the capsules come in foil protected sleeves, so they stay fresh compared to capsules in a pill bottle. They are not huge like I've found other probiotics to be, which make them easy to swallow for me at least. Best of all, the pills themselves have no foul smell like some others I've noticed have. I was given the chance to try these free in exchange for my review and highly recommend them!

I can't say that I notice any major difference between the two. That's not a bad thing because the original is great. Hopefully it is good at adding to the health of my other parts as it has been to my digestive health.
