I have read that probiotics may help keep the gut in good working order and that good bacteria is great for the stomach. I waa trying to eat yogurt to get the probiotics but then I decided to try this because yogurt for breakfast each day was getting boring. I take 1 dose of this probiotic every single day and it is so much easier than forcing down a cup of yogurt!

I was hospitalized with gastrointestinal complications 10 years ago; this supplement caused symptoms that mimicked the symptoms that caused that hospitalization.

I haven't suffered any unpleasant side effects, nor have I really noticed anything remarkably different or improved regarding my digestive health. I don't know if I'll be repurchasing it because of the reasons listed above, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone looking for a probiotic because I haven't suffered any ill effects and it may help someone who does have issues.
