I can't say anything negative about the product because I feel good. I haven't experienced anything bad, like reflux, etc., since taking this product. So maybe the product's claim of "Healthy Balance" is right.

I don't have a regular schedule as far as bowel movements go so I was excited to see if this could help. I can't say for sure if they did anything or if I would have to take them longer than 1 month to actually see or benefit from any results.

What is particularly nice about this one is that it is formulated for women's special needs. It's easy to take (one capsule per day), it doesn't require refrigeration so you can take it with you on the go, and it doesn't have any after effects. I trust Culturelle products and will probably buy this one again!

I like that they help my body in several ways, with digestive health, feminine health and over all wellness. The size of the pill is a little bigger than I like, but they are pretty easy to swallow. I like that there are 15 billion CFUs. and that they are vegetarian. I like that they are Dairy free, cluten free and sugar free.

The Womens healthy balance is just an improved version formulated especially for women and our individual needs.
