This gets a lot of use in our house! I love having an easy way to make coffee at home, and the built in frother makes it especially convenient when I want something that feels a little more like a coffee shop drink. It's become part of my regular morning routine.

We've owned Keurigs for years and years and years. Every few years we end up replacing it because these machines really aren't built to last any more. Our current Keurig is on its last leg so I wanted to try a different brand. Saw this Ninja awhile ago online and now we have a reason to purchase it. So far I like it. I like that the reservoir holds a good amount of water. One of the features I really like is that we can use either a K-cup or regular coffee grounds. Great design to have everything be able to be stored in the unit so it doesn't get lost. I've used the frother a few times and it seems to work really well and is super easy to take off and clean. One thing I would prefer is the opening of the top to insert the k-cup. It's a bit hard to open and I feel I'm breaking it when I close it. So far so good and glad I found it on sale!

The coffee maker meets all my expectations. My previous model did not have the convenient, fold-away frothing feature like the newer model. The slim design has a smaller footprint that most of my brewers, it allows for easy storage, taking up less space. Complete with a drawer for K-Cup and ground coffee adapters and an attached measuring spoon, detailing recommended amount per ounce, this coffee maker earns top marks. The versatility of the unit allows me to either use ground coffee or the easy to use (but a little pricey) K-Cups. I love the pre-brewing settings (size and coffee strength) especially "rich," "over ice," and "specialty 4oz," which permits me to have consistent extractions and great tasting coffee each brew. From preheat to brew is quick. The only drawback is that, like most coffee makers, it is made of cheap plastic.

I've only had this machine for a few weeks, but I am disappointed with it so far. Have tried multiple brands of coffee (including the one I have been drinking for years) and the coffee is strong and bitter even on the "classic" setting. If you like strong coffee, you might love it.

This is my second and last coffee maker from ninja. The first one I had did great for a long time, but then I started getting coffee grounds in my cup, I eventually replaced it with a new one just recently and right out of the box. it's doing the same thing the other one did. I've read the reviews about it is a known defect. If you try to get a bigger cup of coffee that maker cannot handle the water volume, and it makes the grounds go into your cup. Never again ninja. I'm even trying to include a picture just to show everyone how bad it is but even their own website won't allow me to do that. I guess the truth hurts?

I've been really enjoying the Ninja Single-Serve Coffee Maker. It's incredibly easy to use and gives me the flexibility to brew either a quick cup or a larger travel size depending on my day. I also like that it works with both coffee grounds and K-Cups, so I have plenty of options.The coffee comes out hot and flavorful, and the machin brews quickly without taking up much counter space. Cleanup is simple, and the removable parts make maintenance easy. Whether I'm making my morning coff or an afternoon pick-me-up, it has been reliable and convenient. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a versatile single-serve coffee maker.

Multiple complaints about this machine with the most important thing being mold in my coffee. I have taken apart and cleaned everything that will come apart, and there are still pieces/flakes of mold in my coffee. I leave it open after brewing. I take out the filter and the pod holder, wash them and let them air dry. Coffee spills over into the filter basket and will mold if you don't clean everything. I have to run a whole container of water through the machine trying to get water without mold in it before I can even make a cup of coffee. And when I do make a cup, it is watered down. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

This machine works best for my life. Easy to use and larger cups fit.
