We Love this machine Best Ever, we bought this for xmas last year and it's the Best! We also received a Cuisinart coffee maker for a present and it's awful doesn't stay warm while we drink our coffee all day...our Ninja coffee machine we bought 4yrs ago is wearing out but still stays warm on the burner so we use it for our KEEP warm burner, Not buying a Cuisinart again! NOPE! Only Ninja! Thank you Ninja! Sorry I didn't know you had a Coffee maker And a Pod or I woulda got it! But I only need a coffee pot backup next cause we drink a lot of coffee cause you make it Good!!!

Working from home means that we need to have a good speciality coffee maker and this is certainly it. I love that you can use both pods or grounds, the scoop included is handy, as is the storage for the filter / pod adapter, what a great idea. The fold away frother is perfect for making cappuccinos and lattes and can be used with hot or cold milk. The control panel is easy to use, and I like that you can adjust the roast and the amount of liquid dispensed. We are very happy with this coffee maker and would recommend it.

I purchased this a few months ago. I have had nothing but trouble. It spits grounds in my coffee all the time. I am forced to use the grounds function and cut open my pods so that I don't get the grounds in my coffee. Even then its extremely sloppy and the water keeps dripping well after it shuts off. Not happy at all

I was pleased with this product until this morning. I do exactly as I'm supposed to - ensuring only bottled water is used, inspecting the unit after each use to ensure it is clean. I put a pod in this morning and selected 12 oz and hit “brew”. Well within moments the top was lighting up, flashing and there was smoke billowing out from the area with the pod. I turned it off and opened the top (thinking I need to do something to prevent a full blown fire from occurring) and very hot coffee grounds EXPLODED all over myself and my kitchen. I have a burn on my arm and stains on my walls now.

Purchased 2 with one as a gift. Wanted flexibility to make a full pot sometimes. Bought a Keurig... had many in the past. Just made the first cup... hands down this Ninja is sooo much better. Coffee is hot and not lukewarm like the Keurig. Plus the coffee tastes so much better Now trying to find the best Ninja with full pot capability. Not liking the reviews on the Ninja versions tho. But so far love all of my many Ninja products. Thoughts / ideas welcomed for sure

Ran my cup of coffee and steam came pouring out the front and all over the sliver knob on front and up over the top of machine where buttons are. Water reservoir is not very solid and there is only a poke into the coffee pod for water so the pod overfills with water quickly and grounds overflow out the top. Packed up and taking back to store. If I had a choice of no stars I would have chosen 0 stars.

Love the fact that you can use grounds or pods. Filter is provided. All parts store in coffee maker, even the frother is attached.

This is the Best coffee maker I have purchased and the slim maker fits so nicely on the counter without taking up a lot of room

I love the large water container and the way the extra equipment is stored. Makes a great cup of coffee and other drinks. Also, easy to use.
