I bought this 8 months ago and it is already broken which is hugely disappointing. We use it maybe 5x per week and refill with filtered water. There was potential with the machine but having it breakdown so quickly on us is a major flag.

I love this. Been using a keurig for years and I went thru 4 of um. But this one…I like that the coffee is hot when it dispense from machine unlike keurig it always spits out warm coffee.

I bought this in January and I'm so in love with it. I have the Ninja Brew station coffee pot also but I use that when we have company. I love this one because it's so compact and doesn't take up a lot of space on my coffee bar. I also love that I can brew k cups or my own coffee which is a must for me. My coffee doesn't come in k cups so this was definitely a plus for me, not to mention I love the Ninja product line.

Ran my cup of coffee and steam came pouring out the front and all over the sliver knob on front and up over the top of machine where buttons are. Water reservoir is not very solid and there is only a poke into the coffee pod for water so the pod overfills with water quickly and grounds overflow out the top. Packed up and taking back to store. If I had a choice of no stars I would have chosen 0 stars.

Working from home means that we need to have a good speciality coffee maker and this is certainly it. I love that you can use both pods or grounds, the scoop included is handy, as is the storage for the filter / pod adapter, what a great idea. The fold away frother is perfect for making cappuccinos and lattes and can be used with hot or cold milk. The control panel is easy to use, and I like that you can adjust the roast and the amount of liquid dispensed. We are very happy with this coffee maker and would recommend it.

I like switching from pods to grounds, I also like the extra storage space under the side for the coffee holder. I wish the water reservoir was made out of stainless steel because the plastic cn Crack. I do that like that this machine drips after its finished. I do like the chiming when it is done though. It is much better to have the water tank in the back for a slimming design on th a counter. The spoon with measurement markings is a plus, however very dark and small and hard to see. Would have been nice to have a sticker on the side to for referencing the spoon measurements or at least one sticker that I could attack to my coffe grounds container. I think that it is overpriced but I like the Ninja brands and trust it. I have never had any breakdowns with any of the branding. So I expect this to last me years.

i would give a 0 but it makes me pick a star rating. This coffee maker is the worst. The top does not stay down and causes the pod to leak all over. Even exploding all over the wall. One of the worst made products and I advise anyone looking at it to look elsewhere. I didn't even have this coffee maker 4 months. Do not buy it!!!

I bought this in March of 2025, and at first, I was absolutely in love with it. The option to add my own coffee grounds or use pods was great! But 7 months in, my husband added a pod and it LITERALLY blew up, when I say blew up, Coffee EVERYWHERE... out every single crack, all over my kitchen, down the cabinets, on the floor. We thought at first it must have just been the pod was bad. So we cleaned it really well, ran it through a cleaning cycle several times, cleaned every single part, etc. Let it completely dry, and tried again. NOPE, round two did the same thing. So disappointing from a NInja product. I cannot recommend this product, it is dangerous and not well made.

I spent a lot of time searching for a machine that could handle both pods and grounds, knowing that my household enjoys certain flavors in each style. This product is everything I hoped for. The water reservoir is easy to refill and settles into place with a satisfying click, the digital display is clear and sleek, and the coffee brews perfectly hot. I have recently started experimenting with the milk frother and love how easy the whisk is to clean.

We just received this as a Christmas gift. The iced coffee option is fantastic and I love how everything stores on-board. Rhe coffee has a little better flavor than from my Keurig as it seems to flow through slower, giving it time to steep a little. The only complaint we have so far is that it does not make the correct amount of coffee chosen......ex. if I pick 12 ounces, I only get 10.
