This makes my coffee very fast. The heater must be much better than my Keurig. Love the large water reservoir also. It takes up very little counter space with everything attached and part of the maker including the reusable coffee basket that stores right on board also.

I love this machine. It's compact yet has a nice size water reservoir. The versatility of pods, grounds, and the retractable frothing arm is genius. The neutral color goes with most decor.

It's a little hard to figure out at first with having two ways to make a cup of coffee but once it's figured out you can put the pod thing away and use your ground coffee.

This is just the first morning using it, but I love it! The frother is amazing! I can’t use it often, but the end product was as good as any coffee shop drink. I will say it sits out about 6 inches farther from the wall than the Keurig.

It fits my large coffee cups for night shift! Brews perfect and doesn't take long to heat up. Hands down, one I'd the best coffee makers I've purchased in years!

I just love this coffee machine. It uses the Kcup and coffee grinds. which I think is absolutely great. It has everything you need in its place in the machine itself. It has its own frother and a hidden spot with a filter basket for the grinds, so you do not need to buy additional filters along with a scoop for the coffee. I have had Keirug machines but this far exceeds them. 5 different size options and strength. I am a coffee drinker and this is it.....I bought one for my nephew too.

I gave this to my father for Father’s Day. It’s easy to use. Very nice that it has options like using the pods, or regular grounds of your choice. I gave him a box of Peet’s decaf pods to start off with. It’s also nice that it doesn’t take up too much space. He loves it. I would recommend it.

I wish there was a way to clean the reusable filter better. The lid is attached and makes it hard to clean out.

Got this on sale for $99 which was the price for it in every other store so not much of a "deal". I like the color and size and that you can use ground coffee of pods. The built in frother is nice and I use it almost daily. However, this machine leaks water from the bottom every time i use itstarting from the very first time i used it. I have looked up reviews and tried to troubleshoot the issue but have not found a solution. I think it comes done to the design of this model and maybe the reason they are on clearance at every store. I would not recommend this specific model.

I went through 5 pods trying to get a cup of coffee that wasn't full of coffee grounds. And cleaning up the mess it created after each try. It was returned to the store
