This is by far the BEST K-cup coffee maker we have EVER owned! We LOVE it! Takes up hardly any room on our counter...easy to fill...very quiet and extremely fast. We have the option of grinding our own beans when we want and so easy to exchange the metal filter basket with the K-cup holder and its stored right on the side of the pot along with a measureing spoon. It also has a easy to use frother attached to it that you just swing out when you need it. It makes any size coffe you want and has choices of brew strength. AND it makes the BEST ice coffee and its Perfect! After 15 years of buying Keurigs and having them leak and crack and not last we decided to try this Ninja and are so pleased. We also bought one for our cabin and am now ordering a 3rd on for our motorhome. It is a JOY to make coffee now!

I just love this coffee machine. It uses the Kcup and coffee grinds. which I think is absolutely great. It has everything you need in its place in the machine itself. It has its own frother and a hidden spot with a filter basket for the grinds, so you do not need to buy additional filters along with a scoop for the coffee. I have had Keirug machines but this far exceeds them. 5 different size options and strength. I am a coffee drinker and this is it.....I bought one for my nephew too.

This review is based on having the item for one month. This coffee maker has several features that stand out. 1. Large water cylinder 2. Can use K-cups or coffee grounds. 3. Easy to clean. 4. Makes a hot cup of coffee. 5. Can make a large coffee for a travel mug. 6. Good selling price.

This coffe maker is excellent! Its sleek andholds a lot of eater. The coffe come out delicious!

I gave this to my father for Father’s Day. It’s easy to use. Very nice that it has options like using the pods, or regular grounds of your choice. I gave him a box of Peet’s decaf pods to start off with. It’s also nice that it doesn’t take up too much space. He loves it. I would recommend it.

Easy to use, compact and dependable. My BIL lives in an assisted living facility and needed something compact and easy to use. He loves it! We’ve both had Keurig in the past and they just aren’t doing the job!

I wish there was a way to clean the reusable filter better. The lid is attached and makes it hard to clean out.

Got this on sale for $99 which was the price for it in every other store so not much of a "deal". I like the color and size and that you can use ground coffee of pods. The built in frother is nice and I use it almost daily. However, this machine leaks water from the bottom every time i use itstarting from the very first time i used it. I have looked up reviews and tried to troubleshoot the issue but have not found a solution. I think it comes done to the design of this model and maybe the reason they are on clearance at every store. I would not recommend this specific model.

Purchased this coffee maker in 2024 - needed to be replaced January 2025. This unit caused a fire in my home, destroyed almost all my belongings and killed my 6 pets. DO NOT BUY
