I had been searching for the perfect coffee maker for quite some time, and my girlfriend completely nailed it by gifting me the Ninja Pods and Grounds. I've been using it daily and absolutely love it! Working from home, versatility is key for me. I enjoy taking my time with a fresh cup in the morning, but during busy afternoons, I just need a quick coffee fix. Being able to step away from my computer, pop in pod, press a button and walk back a moment later to a ready cup makes my day so much easier. She got me the black version, which looks sleek and matches our kitchen decor perfectly. The capacity and set up are ideal. Normally, I'm the only coffee drinker at home, but when my mom comes over to visit, it's super easy to brew cups for both of us so we can catch up over a warm drink.

It does an excellent job ! Lives up to my expectations!!

This is so simple to use! I bought it to keep at the office for a quick cup of coffee. The coffee comes out perfectly compared to other brands that are more watered down for K-cups. My office is pretty split on kcups vs grounds but either way, it is very easy to clean.

We've owned Keurigs for years and years and years. Every few years we end up replacing it because these machines really aren't built to last any more. Our current Keurig is on its last leg so I wanted to try a different brand. Saw this Ninja awhile ago online and now we have a reason to purchase it. So far I like it. I like that the reservoir holds a good amount of water. One of the features I really like is that we can use either a K-cup or regular coffee grounds. Great design to have everything be able to be stored in the unit so it doesn't get lost. I've used the frother a few times and it seems to work really well and is super easy to take off and clean. One thing I would prefer is the opening of the top to insert the k-cup. It's a bit hard to open and I feel I'm breaking it when I close it. So far so good and glad I found it on sale!

The coffee maker meets all my expectations. My previous model did not have the convenient, fold-away frothing feature like the newer model. The slim design has a smaller footprint that most of my brewers, it allows for easy storage, taking up less space. Complete with a drawer for K-Cup and ground coffee adapters and an attached measuring spoon, detailing recommended amount per ounce, this coffee maker earns top marks. The versatility of the unit allows me to either use ground coffee or the easy to use (but a little pricey) K-Cups. I love the pre-brewing settings (size and coffee strength) especially "rich," "over ice," and "specialty 4oz," which permits me to have consistent extractions and great tasting coffee each brew. From preheat to brew is quick. The only drawback is that, like most coffee makers, it is made of cheap plastic.

This is a replacement item we use in our RV. Unfortunately, the water reservoir fell off the counter and broke. Since it was still within the one-year warranty, Ninja sent me a new coffee pot—what great service! I have no doubt the new pot will work just as well as the original; they have my business forever!

I just bought this coffee machine on 7/22 and it worked great... until today. It will not pull water from the reservoir and it makes all sorts of grinding sounds and then beeps and shuts off. I have cleaned the needles and refilled the reservoir and make sure the valve dispenses the water properly. Still nothing. Very unfortunate, as I had high hopes for this machine. Probably returning it for a different brand.
