Better than expected! Makes great K Cup coffee and with the option to use grounds, makes it great! The coffee results are wonderful! Only wish there was a disposable water filter that can be attached. Otherwise it’s great!

Love the coffee maker. We had the Ninja brew bar for 7 years and decided to a smaller model but still does everything the brew bar does. Great option if wanting something smaller and wanting pods as an option.

I have had this a month to replace a Keurig that completely crapped out after two years. So far I adore it. I have only used pods. I always pierce the pod top twice, and I have never had any mess. It works beautifully.

Nothing like a piping hot cup of coffee in the morning and the ninja delivers. The slim design is perfect when there is not a lot of counter space. It is also great for ice coffee. I wish it had a bigger water reservoir.

The original coffee maker I purchased experienced a significant malfunction approximately six months into its use. Your team graciously provided a complimentary replacement for this unit. However, I must regrettably inform you that this second appliance has also begun to exhibit considerable operational deficiencies shortly after its deployment. Despite my diligent efforts to resolve these issues by performing all recommended troubleshooting and maintenance procedures—including comprehensive descaling and clearing of the brewing needle—the machine now consistently requires an unacceptably prolonged period, often exceeding twenty minutes, to brew a single cup of coffee. This level of operational inefficiency, coupled with the frequent and intensive maintenance protocols inherent to this particular model, renders it fundamentally incompatible with my daily routine. My professional commitments necessitate a reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance appliance. The recurring operational challenges and the extensive time commitment required for troubleshooting and upkeep are simply not practical for my lifestyle.

Excellent coffee maker. This is my first Ninja, like it a lot more than other well-known brands. Very easy to use and the attached steamer is very convenient. Love the 4 oz set-up, along with the specialty drink. Strong coffee lover!!! Price is great. Thanks Ninja!

Horrible, after 4 month and predominantly use the k-cups, we always have coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. If we brew with reusable basket it is fine, but the k-cup is much easier and less of a waste with my husband. Now I have to buy another coffee pot and I usually love Ninja products. I tried cleaning it but didn't help. A few days later it did the same thing.

We have had this coffee maker for since August and we use it daily. What we have noticed is a green deposit at the base of the water reservoir within the sealed unit. How can you clean this ? You cannot get to it. We also notice that spare parts for this maker are not available. Very disappointed.

I love this. Been using a keurig for years and I went thru 4 of um. But this one…I like that the coffee is hot when it dispense from machine unlike keurig it always spits out warm coffee.
