Pleased Ninja User I absolutely love this coffee maker! It brews rich, flavorful coffee quickly and is very easy to use. The attached frother is a fantastic bonus—it creates smooth, creamy foam that's perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks. It has completely elevated my morning coffee routine and saves me a trip to the coffee shop. The machine is well-made, easy to clean, and looks great on my countertop. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality coffee maker with a convenient built-in frother and all additional accessories store conveniently!

I have many ninja appliances, but the ninja coffee is used daily and has stood the test of time. It's slim so can fit anywhere. Love that it takes coffee grounds and k cups, and has a frother wand. It's a wonderful machine and I love it! You just keep adding water to the reservoir in the back (holds 56oz and is removable to fill), select your coffee mode (it has sooo many, I usually use over ice mode, my husband usually uses rich mode). I have no complaints, it's used multiple times a day in my house.

i was enjoying the coffee maker until an error code came on. it said to add water. but there was water. so i dumped it and added new water. still would not brew. then i did the clean button and it seemed like it started to work. so i cleaned it. then i tried to make a cup of coffee and it brewed good. the next morning the maxhine would not even turn on. i thought it could be the outlet and checked it in several different one's and nothing. it lasted 2 months only. i did not get a replacement as i am not sure it will last. sad about it not going out.

Disappointed with this Ninja coffee maker. We live at 5200 ft above sea level, camp at about 8500 ft, so we are familiar with pod coffee makers needing to have high altitude setting (water boils at lower temp). This maker stated that once it was set you'd never have to reset it (not for power outage or unplugging the unit) unless you needed to for a different altitude. So I performed the calibration as instructed and all was fine for one day (approx. 6-8 pod cups and one filter basket brewed). The next day I found ALOT of grounds in my first pod cup of coffee. The unit looked fine, so I looked closer at the pod, even cutting the plastic pod. Well, the inner filter had exploded releasing coffee grounds. OK, so maybe it was faulty. No. Next pod exploded at the top spewing grounds all in the top of the unit. Maybe faulty pod again? Cleaned the coffee maker and tried a different brand. That one blew grounds all over again. Now I' m getting frustrated. Cleaned the unit, re-calibrated the high altitude setting again, but waited until the next day to brew again. The first pod cup brewed split the top seal and grounds were all over again. I don't feel this is a pod issue, but a coffee maker issue. I'm not returning it as we bought it in store and the drive is about 2 hours to the store and not worth the time or half the price of the unit in gas. I will give it to family who live at "normal" altitudes. Very disappointed in my first Ninja coffee maker purchase.

The water reservoir has a small, clear dome in the bottom. I have been through three of this coffee maker over the last few years. Every single one ended up full of mold or mildew in that little dome and no possible way to clean it. It's a known issue that Ninja has done nothing to fix. That as well as the exploding pods. I love the Ninja brand and have many Ninja products, but I'm very disappointed in the way they show no concern for fixing known issues. This current machine has a brand new replacement water reservoir, however after my husband being in the hospital for a month, I returned and it's full of mold. This wouldn't be an issue if it could be removed or opened somehow to be cleaned, but it can't. I'm so sad because I do love the way it brews and the convenience of using pods or grounds!

I've been using this machine for a couple of years after my Keurig gave out. This is PERFECT! I love being able to switch between grounds and pods as it's convenient. The reusable filter comes in handy. It's a great and reliable machine. Not my only ninja product, but one of the best. It's perfect for my office.

Love this coffee maker. It's super easy to switch from pods to ground coffee. Super easy to use. I love that I can choose the size of my coffee from 6/8/10/12 and the Style from classic, rich, over ice. It's perfect for iced coffee, also hot coffee. Super easy to clean. The size is perfect. It also has a built in foldaway milk frother which is a plus for me. I totally recommend it!

Nothing like a piping hot cup of coffee in the morning and the ninja delivers. The slim design is perfect when there is not a lot of counter space. It is also great for ice coffee. I wish it had a bigger water reservoir.

I love this coffee maker. It's quiet and fast. I love that I can make any size and when I use regular ground coffee I don't get any grounds in my cup. So glad I got this one and I got the sage. Beautiful. My coffee always comes out delicious.

Love the coffee maker. We had the Ninja brew bar for 7 years and decided to a smaller model but still does everything the brew bar does. Great option if wanting something smaller and wanting pods as an option.
