Love the coffee maker. We had the Ninja brew bar for 7 years and decided to a smaller model but still does everything the brew bar does. Great option if wanting something smaller and wanting pods as an option.

i would give a 0 but it makes me pick a star rating. This coffee maker is the worst. The top does not stay down and causes the pod to leak all over. Even exploding all over the wall. One of the worst made products and I advise anyone looking at it to look elsewhere. I didn't even have this coffee maker 4 months. Do not buy it!!!

I bought this in March of 2025, and at first, I was absolutely in love with it. The option to add my own coffee grounds or use pods was great! But 7 months in, my husband added a pod and it LITERALLY blew up, when I say blew up, Coffee EVERYWHERE... out every single crack, all over my kitchen, down the cabinets, on the floor. We thought at first it must have just been the pod was bad. So we cleaned it really well, ran it through a cleaning cycle several times, cleaned every single part, etc. Let it completely dry, and tried again. NOPE, round two did the same thing. So disappointing from a NInja product. I cannot recommend this product, it is dangerous and not well made.

I bought this in January and I'm so in love with it. I have the Ninja Brew station coffee pot also but I use that when we have company. I love this one because it's so compact and doesn't take up a lot of space on my coffee bar. I also love that I can brew k cups or my own coffee which is a must for me. My coffee doesn't come in k cups so this was definitely a plus for me, not to mention I love the Ninja product line.

I received this as a gift to replace my Keurig. My Keurig was breaking every year, so I thought it was time to try something new. I love the slim size, the easy options for pods and grounds, the onboard frother, and the fact that everything is in one place. I was attracted to all of the various drink options as well. That being said, my coffee just isn't as good - especially with the pods, which is what I use most often. Even on the “rich” setting, my coffee is weak. I'm attaching a photo of a “rich” brew. It's disappointing and I'll probably pull my old machine back out until it does break and then return to this one in the meantime

This is actually a replacement. I LOVE IT!!! I love having a choice of either Grounds or PODs. OH and having a frother attached and the other features makes it even more fantastic. I'm so glad I chose this Ninja Coffee maker.

Piece of crap don't waste your money. Brewed extremely slow, continuously drips after brewing is complete. And after six months just quit working. Stick to air fryers.

Bought about 1 yr ago. Still brewing well. Can't say that about another popular brand I was replacing yearly in spite of routine cleaning with “kits” sold by maker . Very happy with purchase. Generally very pleased with Ninja brand and support !

The buttons do not turn on anymore. I've owned it less than a year and cleaned it like I was supposed to and now it just stopped working. I've tried different outlets and it doesn't turn on at all. Would not buy again!

We bought this about two weeks ago. Everything so far has been great, taste of coffee and specialty drinks has been awesome. Easy to use and operate, love that there's a lot of sizes available. Takes a little longer than the Cuisinart we use to have, but is so superior in speed to any Keurig makers.
