[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried this machine out for a few days and I'm very happy with it. I like that I can use my own grounds or a pod for my morning beverage. If I want a stronger flavor I can just push the button to the rich setting. The specialty setting is awesome for a very strong flavor that can be used to make a cappuccino. The side frother works great. Just a minute or less and a great froth to add to the specialty brew. Overall I love this machine. It has everything that I need in one spot.

Love the profile. Takes up little space. Makes great coffee - I like mine strong & use the “rich” setting for my 12 oz serving. Also love the movable shelf that eliminates spatter & allows use of taller travel mugs & the storage compartment. Very well thought out design!!

It has a storage compartment for the grounds/ pods adapter, a attached milk frother that’s easy to attach, a spoon that attaches to the side and a spot for the cord to go when not in use. I love that it has an over ice setting! I will definitely be using that this summer! I also love that you can select a size up to 24 oz. This blows kuerig out of the park.

The froth attachment is a nice addition. This coffee machine is perfect for small spaces as it’s not bulky and fits perfectly in the corner on our counter not taking up too much space. It’s quiet which is another plus if you’re trying to enjoy a cup of coffee without waking the whole house up.

It’s a pretty awesome machine that is surprisingly compact and easy to use, making it a perfect addition to pretty much any coffee lover’s apartment / house. One of the first things I want to talk about when it comes to the coffee maker is how well built the machine is. It’s a sleek and modern design and blends right in on my counter. The black and silver color scheme it has going on makes it look like a high end coffee rig. The machine is also incredibly easy (and quite fun!) to use. Just fill it up with water in the back and use the top panel to choose what you want. What puts this coffee maker on a whole nother level is its ability to create specialty coffee foams and drinks. The built-in frother is genuinely awesome, and makes for a fantastic addition to the coffee maker. It makes creating cold foam or other types of frothy toppings easy, and gives you something to spice up your drinks with. I think pretty much the only thing that doesn't settle well with me is how loud it can get when brewing and making drinks. I found that it’s a bit on the louder side compared to other coffee makers that I have, and depending on when or where you’re making your coffee, this can be a big deal. Overall, I am really satisfied with my Ninja coffee maker. It's really easy to use, versatile in all the right ways, and makes it easy to make delicious coffee drinks. If you’re looking in the market for a premiere coffee maker, this is definitely a great choice.

I love that you can use pods or the reusable cup for your own grounds. It’s built well and I love the froth attachment that even moves to be put up or used. It slides into the side. The brother doesn’t heat, you’d have to heat your milk first but I’m okay with that. Also I love that the little cup tray is adjustable. You can move it up or down for cup size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I personally like the option of having iced or hot coffee. However, I live alone so I don't need a huge coffee maker. This one is perfect. It has a large water reservoir so I don't have to refill it after every cup. I love the attached milk frother, I've experimented in lots of specialty coffees now. It comes with a permanent filter basket as well as a k-cup basket, it even holds them in the machine so they don't get lost. Just make sure you wait for the beep saying its done, the iced coffee setting does have a bit of a delay. I love that it doesn't take a lot of counter space as well.

Had for 3 months, water tank was growing mold . There is no way to take apart and clean!
