[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank influenster and Ninja for allowing me to take part in their specialty coffee maker campaign, in return for an honest review and here are my thoughts: I love it I love this coffee maker I have never froth my coffee cream before but now that I've started I can't stop. There's something about that sweet slightly extra sweet cream that isn't been incorporated into the coffee and loving those two different flavor profiles mixed together in your mouth is just sensational. The coffee maker itself has so many different functions from specialty coffee to iced coffee. The coffee filter comes with two different types of basket so that you can use disposable pods refillable pods or a standard basket. To me this makes the coffee maker Supreme. Initially I was going to review this coffee maker and then put it up because I still have another one that is functioning and working but after using this coffee maker and seeing how clean it is to use I just couldn't. The drawer for the grounds pod and the storage for the scoop is perfect. Brews coffee wonderfully. Only bad thing is it is messy when brewing and will drip for a minute after brew is done. But overall, very good

Iced coffee drinker here, and this is the next best thing to buying an iced coffee at a reputable coffee shop. I like the different brew options and the fact that everything but the coffee and cup are included in the box! I have replaced my coffee pot with this unit since I never drink a whole pot and got rid of my keurig years ago. To me, this is much better than your average single cup coffee maker. A built in frother is included! The unit is, however, tall and long. If you have low cabinets, consider moving this to a more open area for easier access. It’s not great for shorter/slimmer counter tops either & may need to be turned to the side to optimize counter space. It only brews 4oz of iced coffee at a time, but you can start a new brew cycle to get the amount of iced coffee you want. All in all, this is pretty good!

I typically drink my coffee black, which is very good with this unit and the classic or rich option is also very convenient. The iced coffee feature works very well and makes non watery iced coffee. I am the only one that drinks coffee and love how universal this Ninja machine is. I can create an iced coffee for myself on the hot humid days and a delicious frothed drink during the evenings to wind down. It is easy to use and has been a breeze to clean. I am limited on counter space and love how compact this is. I highly recommend!

I own 6 units, after going through 600 pods i noticed the pods stopped working, the machine would only allow or work with the grind basket, meaning there is an issue with the pod holder basket, I'm certain of this I bought a brand new machine and tried the new machines pod holder in the nonworking machine and puff it works great again, now I know they make replacement pod holders available for purchase, but you need to get on the waiting list total bummer. now. TO TELL IF YOU NEED A NEW POD BASKET YOU WILL SEE BOTH CUPS FLASHING UNABLE TO SELECT ANYTHING WHILE POD HOLDER REMAINS IN PLACE switch out to grinds and you can open pods and pour into grind basket or switch to grinds...
