Iced coffee drinker here, and this is the next best thing to buying an iced coffee at a reputable coffee shop. I like the different brew options and the fact that everything but the coffee and cup are included in the box! I have replaced my coffee pot with this unit since I never drink a whole pot and got rid of my keurig years ago. To me, this is much better than your average single cup coffee maker. A built in frother is included! The unit is, however, tall and long. If you have low cabinets, consider moving this to a more open area for easier access. It’s not great for shorter/slimmer counter tops either & may need to be turned to the side to optimize counter space. It only brews 4oz of iced coffee at a time, but you can start a new brew cycle to get the amount of iced coffee you want. All in all, this is pretty good!

I bought this to replace my Keurig that died after a year. I like that it’s easy to clean and simple to use. It’s also a bit smaller than the Keurig and fits on my counter really nicely. As of right now, I’m happy with my purchase. Time will tell if this coffee maker will last.

And what a fantastic coffee thropher attached to the coffee maker. It truly is so you need for a single cup of coffee. I already appreciate that it doesn't take up allot of space. It's very narrow and an exquisite addition to my coffee ensemble! I have never been disappointed by Ninja!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have had many single serve coffee makers like this, but this one so far is my favorite. Others that I have had over the years are bulky, make the coffee not taste great, and don't meet the expectation that I would like for them to, this coffee maker however is actually great! I love how slim it is, I don't have a lot of counter space so a smaller machine like this makes a huge difference. It fits in a small corner of my kitchen and the frother on the side can be moved out rather than being stationary. I like that this coffee maker came with both a Kcup/pod option and a ground coffee container. The way that this container is, I haven't had ground beans grit in the bottom of my cup, yea still a bit of darker fine pieces but no larger pieces. It makes a very bold cup of coffee, but it takes about double the time than comparable brands. However, I could care less, the coffee tastes great and I am not skipping out on quality for quick brewing. I am a huge fan of this coffee maker I can't believe that I didn't know that Ninja made a line of single serve coffee makers before having this.

I love the fact that it has options for pods or ground coffee. Not only that but there’s a storage for either one located in a tucked away spot on the bottom. The storage for water makes it so simple to just throw a cup under and brew! The design is so sleek and elegant looking. There’s so many features, like size of the cup you want, the style, and cleaning mode. It literally takes seconds to figure out how to work it & it works perfectly every time. Last but not least is the frother. This design is so easy to use and it pushes right up against the maker for easy storage when you’re not using it. Everyone needs to own one of these!!

I like the process of where each of the k cup and or ground coffee would go. Not only is it an efficient machine, but it's very awesome that it even comes with a frother.

Mixed review. When doing the initial priming clean which uses the grounds basket I was very surprised at how noisy it was but wrote that off as new system and needing to get water through. After priming I inserted pod attachment and made a 12 oz cup of coffee. It ran quiet until the very last spurt, and that sound wasn’t alarming. Coffee tasted great and was quite hot which I liked. So I ran a second batch of water through, 14 oz, using the grounds basket and no grounds in the basket. Lots of noise and grumbling sounds with steam coming out around the control lid. I am going to return this to the store. I had planned on using this frequently for custom blend coffee and large travel mugs but the noise is not acceptable for me. If I was only interested in using it for k cups then it would be a keeper. Since I’m not keeping it I haven’t tried the frother.

It's compact, super easy to use, and the best part is it can brew both pod and ground coffee. It has four brew styles (Classic, Rich, Over Ice, and Specialty) and various brew sizes which is awesome for when I want a little or a lot of caffeine. Plus, the built-in frother is a game-changer for making specialty drinks at home. On the downside, there's no temperature control and it takes a little longer than some other machines I've used, but honestly, the positives far outweigh these minor drawbacks. Definitely recommend it!

This one is a great addition since it uses k-cups and grounds. Our daughter is already turning into quite the barista and experimenting with duplicating her favorite drinks from the famous coffee shop. Loving the built in frother attachment. The slim build of this makes it great for small places. The Ninja brand has always been one of our favorite brands and we are looking forward to many years of use and the endless possibilities with coffee drinks.
