I love this machine. I got another ninja machine that had the carafe and while that machine is fine...I haven't made a whole pot of coffee in years so the carafe since in the cabinet and I have a rather large machine on the counter. This machine does what I need it to do, it is slim and just looks really nice on the counter. I love it!

I decided to switch brands after my last two more expensive pod coffee makers failed to last one year. So far, I have used the basket and pod attachment to brew cups but have not used the specialty option or the frothing attachment. Likes: The coffee is hot, but not too hot. The rich setting makes an intense cup of coffee. The ability to store either the basket or the pod attachment inside the unit, as well as the ability to store the scoop on the side of the unit. The ability to use the basket to brew up a cup of up to 24 ounces. The slim design and removable drip tray that minimizes its footprint on the countertop. The removable water reservoir enable an even smaller footprint. You can order replacement parts on the web site. Meh: Brewing speed is slower with this coffee maker than the other brand but not show stopping slow. No choices in hot coffee temperature although the coffee is hot enough, but not too hot. Verdict: Its a keeper.

Not only was able to make a delicious single brew coffee I did it in such a short amount of time given the power of this machine. I do appreciate the flexibility of using my own coffee beans to add to the machine in addition to the cups already available out there. Whether it's brewing a regular cup of joe or taking into the next level and extracting coffee for a latte, I love the flexibility I'm allowed here. Absolutely recommend this machine!

This coffee maker is so easy to use compared to other options, extremely compact, and loaded with options to make a cup of ground coffee, K-cup, or froth. The coffee tastes great and the Ninja makes quick work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll get what I didn’t like out of the way first. First of all, this brewer is replacing my Keurig Iced maker, and I was disappointed to learn upon unboxing it that they were not the same size but this was significantly longer, which caused a bit of an issue as it does not fit in the same place as my last brewer did. I also found the power cord short, which isn’t a problem on countertops but as this is next to my desk caused another issue. Finally, I also found the brewing chamber difficult to open, and a few times I’ve been afraid of causing damage to the product by opening it. Now to what I did like. I found the build quality very high and the product felt significantly heavier than my last brewer. Finally, the reason I’m giving this product a four star review regardless of my issues with it. This is by far the best cup of coffee I’ve gotten out of a pod-style brewer. I home brew a lot of different styles of drip coffee as well as regularly pull espresso, and this is the first cup of coffee from a pod I think even holds a candle in quality, flavor, and mouthfeel. Out of curiosity I made a comparison cup in my other machine, and using the same settings the cup tasted vegetal, which in my experience means that this machine has much more accurate brewing temperatures and methodologies internally, making for a much better end product. If you want to have the best coffee out of a pod style brewer and you don’t mind a few potential frustrations, I would absolutely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I personally like the option of having iced or hot coffee. However, I live alone so I don't need a huge coffee maker. This one is perfect. It has a large water reservoir so I don't have to refill it after every cup. I love the attached milk frother, I've experimented in lots of specialty coffees now. It comes with a permanent filter basket as well as a k-cup basket, it even holds them in the machine so they don't get lost. Just make sure you wait for the beep saying its done, the iced coffee setting does have a bit of a delay. I love that it doesn't take a lot of counter space as well.

I was impressed with all the brewing options it offered, including pods. Personally I am a huge fan of iced coffee, so much so I drink it even when there is a snowstorm. I liked the over ice option enough, but didn't love it. What I realized is that I am an espresso person and this machine pulls a good one. The only qualm with it is that it only offers 4 oz, which does use a lot of beans and is a lot for one drink. What brought up the rating is the frother. It works incredibly well and I'm excited to use it every chance I can get. I think this is a great machine to meet everybody's needs: I love espresso and the frother. I have family who loves hot brewed coffee and friends who are pod users. I also like that it's not too heavy, even though I do often appreciate good heft with machines. I really like this and I can't wait to use it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve really only owned a kerig but I love the versatility of this ninja coffee maker! It has so many options! I also love that it can do pods or coffee grounds! It’s very user friendly and easy to use! It does also have a frother on the side, my only criticism would be for it to be stronger it doesn’t have much power, but other than that it’s at a great price point and I would definitely recommend this coffee maker
