[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a game changer for my coffee routine! I am a coffee lover who drinks all types of coffee using the single serve way. I am the only one that drinks coffee and love how universal this Ninja machine is. I can create an iced coffee for myself on the hot humid days and a delicious frothed drink during the evenings to wind down. It is easy to use and has been a breeze to clean. I am limited on counter space and love how compact this is. I highly recommend!

I’ve had ninja coffee makers before this one is my favorite as a single serve. It brews both pods and grounds. My only reason for not leaving a five star review is the lid is a bit difficult to open. It almost lifts the whole machine when opening. But love it nonetheless the less!

It makes different brews, including over ice, different sizes, and it’s so compact for the variety of options you have. It’s hardly takes up any space at all! I can make a quick one cup pick me up in the afternoon, or a larger amount in the morning. Another thing that I absolutely love, is that you have an option to use coffee pods, or brew your own grinds with the permanent filter that it comes with. It’s also super easy to clean. A lot of parts are dishwasher safe. Highly recommend for home or office 

Not perfection, but pretty good. Had it for 6 months now; daily use. Relatively quick and easy. Coffee from K-cups is like any other similar really, with the exception of being able to control the serving size which equates to strength, so I like that. Most often, I'm using the brew basket for my ground coffee. I always use the "Rich" setting; not sure why one would use the others or what the difference is, as it's not explained anywhere that I know of. I've had one major glitch: it would not brew a k-cup, acted as though nothing were there. I finally discovered a tiny metal cylinder on my counter top which had not been there previously. Some examination of the k-cup adapter revealed a similar size opening around its lip. Turns out this was a tiny magnet which the Ninja uses to differentiate between the ground coffee basket and the k-cup holder. Not certain why such a differentiation is even necessary, and it certainly looks like a design vulnerability. I reinserted the tiny magnet into the k-cup adapter and it worked normally. Had that magnet made its way to the kitchen floor, it's very likely I would not have found it. Or if it came out in the dishwasher! But now we know about it at least, right?! The other negative is cleanup after using the permanent filter. The filter does its job well in the brewing process. Getting the grounds out of it is troublesome, caused me to spill some on the floor, utter some unprintable verbiage. So I bought some small paper filter inserts, 4-cup size I think. They're actually a little too large, but they're workable. A lot less work and frustration. CAUTION: Do NOT accidentally use TWO of the paper filters simultaneously! You might get an overflow. The frother works fine, but "frothed" milk is not the same as steamed milk. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product. It meets my needs and, most importantly, brews a nice tasting cup of coffee. I would purchase it again.

I had to work a little to adjust the flavor to what I like but it has all the right things to create some very unique beverages. I find the for frother to be the most interesting part. It's fun and feels fancy.

It has so many great features, such as heating you coffee cup with hot water before brewing if you want. Also, very easy to switch between pods or grounds. Lots of choices for size or strength of brew. Another feature is moving the water tank to the back or side. I highly recommend this!!!!!

Fast and easy brewing with this dual use coffee machine. The 1st unit I bought had a water leak and Ninja support sent me a replacement unit within 3 days. The convenience of this unit is fantastic all I do is pop in a K cup or coffee grounds and it's brewing almost immediately. The frother feature is a nice addition for making specialty brewed coffee. The unit is easy to clean and store away. This would make a great gift for any coffee drinker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have had many single serve coffee makers like this, but this one so far is my favorite. Others that I have had over the years are bulky, make the coffee not taste great, and don't meet the expectation that I would like for them to, this coffee maker however is actually great! I love how slim it is, I don't have a lot of counter space so a smaller machine like this makes a huge difference. It fits in a small corner of my kitchen and the frother on the side can be moved out rather than being stationary. I like that this coffee maker came with both a Kcup/pod option and a ground coffee container. The way that this container is, I haven't had ground beans grit in the bottom of my cup, yea still a bit of darker fine pieces but no larger pieces. It makes a very bold cup of coffee, but it takes about double the time than comparable brands. However, I could care less, the coffee tastes great and I am not skipping out on quality for quick brewing. I am a huge fan of this coffee maker I can't believe that I didn't know that Ninja made a line of single serve coffee makers before having this.

Mixed review. When doing the initial priming clean which uses the grounds basket I was very surprised at how noisy it was but wrote that off as new system and needing to get water through. After priming I inserted pod attachment and made a 12 oz cup of coffee. It ran quiet until the very last spurt, and that sound wasn’t alarming. Coffee tasted great and was quite hot which I liked. So I ran a second batch of water through, 14 oz, using the grounds basket and no grounds in the basket. Lots of noise and grumbling sounds with steam coming out around the control lid. I am going to return this to the store. I had planned on using this frequently for custom blend coffee and large travel mugs but the noise is not acceptable for me. If I was only interested in using it for k cups then it would be a keeper. Since I’m not keeping it I haven’t tried the frother.

I was excited about this because it takes less space on my counter but... I am very disappointed with it... It makes a mess when using k-cups. I had 3 out 4 of them explode even after cleaning it. It's not worth is if it is going to mean more work just for a cup of coffee.
