The design is sleek and feels like a quality machine, and I appreciated that the power cord is retractable. I also enjoyed the different settings for hot/iced/speciality, and that you can customize the ounces. My only criticism is that it takes a bit longer than expected to brew, but it’s not too long. Overall, I’d recommend this to any coffee lover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new product is very innovative. I like that I can make a single serve coffee with or without using pods. Its very slim so it doesn't take a lot of room up on the counter. The reservoir holds enough water to make a couple cups without having to be refilled with every use. I like that the tray is adjustable and will fit whatever cup I choose to use . I can froth my milk with very little time and effort. This is a nice machine and impressive with how many things it does given its so slim and compact. My family already gets a lot of use out of it. Can't beat any of the Ninja brand products!

The cup base is adjustable to fit the size cup you are using and can be brewed on different amounts. It has a built in frother which is super convenient! It’s very slim and takes up little space. The instructions are very easy to follow and set up was a piece of cake.

It makes great coffee, I have made coffee from grinds and k-cups and both came out perfect. I am very impressed and have been recommending it to my friends.

I decided to switch brands after my last two more expensive pod coffee makers failed to last one year. So far, I have used the basket and pod attachment to brew cups but have not used the specialty option or the frothing attachment. Likes: The coffee is hot, but not too hot. The rich setting makes an intense cup of coffee. The ability to store either the basket or the pod attachment inside the unit, as well as the ability to store the scoop on the side of the unit. The ability to use the basket to brew up a cup of up to 24 ounces. The slim design and removable drip tray that minimizes its footprint on the countertop. The removable water reservoir enable an even smaller footprint. You can order replacement parts on the web site. Meh: Brewing speed is slower with this coffee maker than the other brand but not show stopping slow. No choices in hot coffee temperature although the coffee is hot enough, but not too hot. Verdict: Its a keeper.

It doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen and it can make many different types of coffee using both coffee pods and coffee grounds. I like that it has a built-in milk frother because that adds rich flavor to my morning coffee and it makes me look like a professional barista when I have friends come over :) There are different settings on this that allow you to make different-sized coffee cups, which is especially nice for when I'm drinking coffee at different times of the day and don't want too much or want a lot of the sweet nectar. If you're in the market for a new coffee maker that is easy to use, I highly recommend picking this one up today!

First one lasted about 3 months and would no longer brew. They replaced it but I had to cover shipping. The replacement machine worked the first time, was full of grounds the second and I am now getting the same error message as the first unit. I've bought 6 or 7 ninja products and this is the first one that wasn't great.
