It makes different brews, including over ice, different sizes, and it’s so compact for the variety of options you have. It’s hardly takes up any space at all! I can make a quick one cup pick me up in the afternoon, or a larger amount in the morning. Another thing that I absolutely love, is that you have an option to use coffee pods, or brew your own grinds with the permanent filter that it comes with. It’s also super easy to clean. A lot of parts are dishwasher safe. Highly recommend for home or office 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to thank influenster and Ninja for allowing me to take part in their specialty coffee maker campaign, in return for an honest review and here are my thoughts: I love it I love this coffee maker I have never froth my coffee cream before but now that I've started I can't stop. There's something about that sweet slightly extra sweet cream that isn't been incorporated into the coffee and loving those two different flavor profiles mixed together in your mouth is just sensational. The coffee maker itself has so many different functions from specialty coffee to iced coffee. The coffee filter comes with two different types of basket so that you can use disposable pods refillable pods or a standard basket. To me this makes the coffee maker Supreme. Initially I was going to review this coffee maker and then put it up because I still have another one that is functioning and working but after using this coffee maker and seeing how clean it is to use I just couldn't. Not perfection, but pretty good. Had it for 6 months now; daily use. Relatively quick and easy. Coffee from K-cups is like any other similar really, with the exception of being able to control the serving size which equates to strength, so I like that. Most often, I'm using the brew basket for my ground coffee. I always use the "Rich" setting; not sure why one would use the others or what the difference is, as it's not explained anywhere that I know of. I've had one major glitch: it would not brew a k-cup, acted as though nothing were there. I finally discovered a tiny metal cylinder on my counter top which had not been there previously. Some examination of the k-cup adapter revealed a similar size opening around its lip. Turns out this was a tiny magnet which the Ninja uses to differentiate between the ground coffee basket and the k-cup holder. Not certain why such a differentiation is even necessary, and it certainly looks like a design vulnerability. I reinserted the tiny magnet into the k-cup adapter and it worked normally. Had that magnet made its way to the kitchen floor, it's very likely I would not have found it. Or if it came out in the dishwasher! But now we know about it at least, right?! The other negative is cleanup after using the permanent filter. The filter does its job well in the brewing process. Getting the grounds out of it is troublesome, caused me to spill some on the floor, utter some unprintable verbiage. So I bought some small paper filter inserts, 4-cup size I think. They're actually a little too large, but they're workable. A lot less work and frustration. CAUTION: Do NOT accidentally use TWO of the paper filters simultaneously! You might get an overflow. The frother works fine, but "frothed" milk is not the same as steamed milk. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product. It meets my needs and, most importantly, brews a nice tasting cup of coffee. I would purchase it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange of an honest review. If I could, I would give this 4.5 rather than 4. I was impressed with all the brewing options it offered, including pods. Personally I am a huge fan of iced coffee, so much so I drink it even when there is a snowstorm. I liked the over ice option enough, but didn't love it. What I realized is that I am an espresso person and this machine pulls a good one. The only qualm with it is that it only offers 4 oz, which does use a lot of beans and is a lot for one drink. What brought up the rating is the frother. It works incredibly well and I'm excited to use it every chance I can get. I think this is a great machine to meet everybody's needs: I love espresso and the frother. I have family who loves hot brewed coffee and friends who are pod users. I also like that it's not too heavy, even though I do often appreciate good heft with machines. I really like this and I can't wait to use it more.

Almost perfect except I CAN’T USE POD ADAPTER. The moment I switched to ground coffee, I could not get it to read when I switch back to the pod adapter. I read the manual and watched YouTube videos and it SHOULD automatically tell when I have the pod adapter in and I have checked to make sure it’s in properly but according to the manual, when both pod and ground icon lights are lit it means criteria not met aka no adapter in…only when I try putting in pod adapter. So yea I bought it to be able to use both and frother, can no longer use pods. I should add even I first got it I only used pods but realized ground coffee is cheaper in long run so I switched the adapters to use ground coffee and the ground adapter works no problem but when I tried switching back to pods, it doesn’t work.

It works really well to be able to choose the size coffee I want and even froth milk for a latte. Coffee temperature is good, although I do wish I could adjust the temperature manually because I like my coffee hotter than most people do. The flavor is outstanding. It works well using pods or the brew basket. I like that the cup tray moves up and down so I don't have any splashes when brewing. The removable water reservoir makes filling it a breeze. Very happy with this purchase!

This coffee maker is so easy to use compared to other options, extremely compact, and loaded with options to make a cup of ground coffee, K-cup, or froth. The coffee tastes great and the Ninja makes quick work.

I own 6 units, after going through 600 pods i noticed the pods stopped working, the machine would only allow or work with the grind basket, meaning there is an issue with the pod holder basket, I'm certain of this I bought a brand new machine and tried the new machines pod holder in the nonworking machine and puff it works great again, now I know they make replacement pod holders available for purchase, but you need to get on the waiting list total bummer. now. TO TELL IF YOU NEED A NEW POD BASKET YOU WILL SEE BOTH CUPS FLASHING UNABLE TO SELECT ANYTHING WHILE POD HOLDER REMAINS IN PLACE switch out to grinds and you can open pods and pour into grind basket or switch to grinds...
