[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I liked my previous single serve coffee machine maker, but this but this Ninja Single-serve coffee maker is the best. The reason that I feel that way is the amount of flexibility that this coffee maker offers over other machines. Where in my other coffee maker I could make 6, 8 or 12 oz servings, in this Ninja I can choose from 6, 8,10,12,14,18 and 24 ounces. I can also choose the classic, rich, over ice or specialty coffee setting. It is so convenient because it has a storage tray for both filters, pods or grounds, a built in measuring spoon and even an attached frother. All of these features incorporated into a slimline attractive design. I like that I can just pop in a k-cup or I can make enough coffee for two people by using the basket for grounds. Also, there is an adjustable tray so that you can adjust for the size and height of your cup or even a small pot. It has a quick start guide and a full instruction for use, care and handling. The water tank is slim but shaped so that it is easy to grab and hold while filling or cleaning. This is the best design of a coffee maker that I can imagine. Ninja has made a real quality item packed with features. It brews quickly and quietly. I highly recommend this coffee maker.

I love this coffee maker! It made hot coffee in less than 45 seconds! You can use Pods or fill the reusable filter to make a larger portion (up to 24 oz) and there are several different settings including cold brew. Best feature might be the milk frother which is so convenient and tops off a great cup of brew! I just bought a second machine for my other house.

Bought this a couple weeks ago after returning a cheap one that didn't froth. I really like Ninja brand as my last coffee maker was Ninja as well. I like the fact that it makes coffee fast and doesn't drip. I've tried using disposable pods; although they can be used I find it leaves grounds all over the place. My only complaint (and apparently this is with MOST coffeemakers) the coffee doesn't come out hot enough and I always have to microwave. WHY? Frother works great as well. I like the storage bin that is an organizer for the coffee tray.

Mixed review. When doing the initial priming clean which uses the grounds basket I was very surprised at how noisy it was but wrote that off as new system and needing to get water through. After priming I inserted pod attachment and made a 12 oz cup of coffee. It ran quiet until the very last spurt, and that sound wasn’t alarming. Coffee tasted great and was quite hot which I liked. So I ran a second batch of water through, 14 oz, using the grounds basket and no grounds in the basket. Lots of noise and grumbling sounds with steam coming out around the control lid. I am going to return this to the store. I had planned on using this frequently for custom blend coffee and large travel mugs but the noise is not acceptable for me. If I was only interested in using it for k cups then it would be a keeper. Since I’m not keeping it I haven’t tried the frother.

I received my new Ninja Single-Serve Coffee Maker about two weeks ago, so I cannot rate the longevity. This coffee maker is quieter and much faster than my previous Keurig K-Mini. After reading the instructions and care information, it is also very easy to use. It has a K-cup converter and a cup for using any ground coffee. It also comes with a declogging tool. I love the cup size options and the options for the coffee strength and type.

I like the process of where each of the k cup and or ground coffee would go. Not only is it an efficient machine, but it's very awesome that it even comes with a frother.

I honestly love this machine. I never used K Cups and am still not a huge fan of them (I use the compostable ones), but I LOVE the convenience of the options. The single serve cup feature is GOLD. I honestly am so happy. Just wish I could heat the milk I need to froth (hence 4 stars), but solid build and amazing machine.

I loved everything about this coffee maker until it stopped working after one month. My trusty old Keurig is back on the counter. I am extremely disappointed because I have many Ninja products in my kitchen and have never been disappointed before. I also have many Shark products . I have read other reviews about this coffee maker on other sites and a number of people had the same issue. We expect better from Ninja!

I love that you can use pods or the reusable cup for your own grounds. It’s built well and I love the froth attachment that even moves to be put up or used. It slides into the side. The brother doesn’t heat, you’d have to heat your milk first but I’m okay with that. Also I love that the little cup tray is adjustable. You can move it up or down for cup size
