[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cleverly designed coffee maker. It's very compact, making it great for small spaces. It brews coffee fairly quickly and comes with a permanent reusable filter, in case you don't want to use k pods. There's also a little measuring spoon that hangs on the side and an attached whisk for frothing. I took off one star because it beeps loudly when your coffee is done, and there is no way to mute this or lower the volume.

The design is sleek and feels like a quality machine, and I appreciated that the power cord is retractable. I also enjoyed the different settings for hot/iced/speciality, and that you can customize the ounces. My only criticism is that it takes a bit longer than expected to brew, but it’s not too long. Overall, I’d recommend this to any coffee lover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly can't say enough how much I genuinely love this new coffee maker from Ninja! It doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen and it can make many different types of coffee using both coffee pods and coffee grounds. I like that it has a built-in milk frother because that adds rich flavor to my morning coffee and it makes me look like a professional barista when I have friends come over :) There are different settings on this that allow you to make different-sized coffee cups, which is especially nice for when I'm drinking coffee at different times of the day and don't want too much or want a lot of the sweet nectar. If you're in the market for a new coffee maker that is easy to use, I highly recommend picking this one up today!

Purchased to replace my older Ninja Coffee Bar that started leaking. Wish I had listened to my instincts and kept looking when I saw almost all of the 5 star reviews were from people who received free product. Machine is noisy. Coffee is not as hot and doesn’t taste the same as my old Coffee Bar machine. Continually have grounds in my coffee, even after trying multiple grinds. Have not used pods/pod adapter. Permanent filter is a pain to clean-can’t just dump into garbage because grounds stick and it needs to be washed every time, sending grounds down the drain, which probably isn’t good for my septic system. Machine height necessitates pulling it out from under counter to add/remove grounds-not a deal breaker, but all things considered, very disappointed in this machine. I like the various brew options-got hooked on those with the Coffee Bar, but that isn’t enough to redeem this machine. It will be my interim machine until I find something comparable with better quality.

I just need to make enough coffee at home to fill my tumbler that I take with me in the morning. This new design prevents the waste of making a full pot and the wife appreciates the slim design (less counter space). As I am usually a basic black coffee drinker, I have not used the frother yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved my Ninja specialty coffee maker during the last few weeks and I don’t think I could go back to regular coffee machine. As a barista, I’ve always enjoyed making specialty drinks for myself as well as experiment with different flavors yet I was only ever able to do it at work and now I can do it at home as well. I love the fact that it can be used with k-cups as well as with regular coffee. It can make bigger size coffees as well as iced, and comes with a milk frother to make your own lattes! It is a great size that can fit in many spaces in your kitchen (or office). And it is very easy to clean.

I purchased thos a few months ago and first i was happy with it. Have 3 adults that drink coffee throughout the day. Wasnt wanting to go back to keurig as they go out in about a year. I used the reusable coffee pods but would leak with each use around the top near the frother. So have been using the basket. The issue is due to the water reservoir being in the back you, or i do anyway, push the coffee maker back on my counter. When you do this the excess coffee comes out of spicket and will burn the crap out of your hand. I have burnt myself 3 times and had welps. Because of this i do not recommend.
