I love this machine. I got another ninja machine that had the carafe and while that machine is fine...I haven't made a whole pot of coffee in years so the carafe since in the cabinet and I have a rather large machine on the counter. This machine does what I need it to do, it is slim and just looks really nice on the counter. I love it!

I’ve had this coffee maker for a week. Cannot use the K cups because I end up with all of the grounds in the bottom of the coffee cup.

works well but sometimes I believe the ounce size of the cup I am trying to make falls short by half to a full ounce

I've gone through 2 of these and both have caused the K-cups to explode. I've tried different types of k-cups and no luck. I started using the basket instead and it leaves a residue in basket and cup. Do not recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this Ninja Single serve coffee maker. Not only was able to make a delicious single brew coffee I did it in such a short amount of time given the power of this machine. I do appreciate the flexibility of using my own coffee beans to add to the machine in addition to the cups already available out there. Whether it's brewing a regular cup of joe or taking into the next level and extracting coffee for a latte, I love the flexibility I'm allowed here. Absolutely recommend this machine!

I am so glad that I got this coffee maker It's very user friendly , to switch from pods to grounds and back to pods It is perfect for us The brew time is so much faster than our old Keurig unit I even ordered one for a Christmas gift HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS !
