Lots & lots of hard fat that was difficult to trim.

The meat was clean and tender and in perfect condition. All my family loved it

Meat was good but literally half fat. Almost the entire point was fat.

Received two full briskets, both looked like they were trimmed with a chainsaw. One had half the tip and fat-cap completely sheared off. When you order meat for pick-up, Sams will give you your meat of choice that the indoor shoppers avoided...like this one. The manager said bring it in for a return. I will update those results.

Prime time

Half of the fat cap was gone, just bare meat, and trimmed uneven so there were thin spots towards the center, not just the edges and the flat. If you want this product, go into the store so you can see and pick your brisket, don't get it delivered to your car like I did.
