Good quality brisket and a fair price

Meat was born and hard at least one inch inward. Not what I expected for well over $100

Has the marbling that you want. Keeps the brisket juicy after 12 hrs on the slow & low.

For prime not worth it. Choice last time was better.

Melts in your mouth

Wayyy too much fat it was 2nd time purchasing first one was $50 and great this one was $70 and more than 1/2 fat really disappointing

Great Briscut. There was a lot of hard fat to trim, but the marbling was very good, and the end product was high quality.

Not Prime quality - this is the second low quality supposed Prime brisket that we’ve gotten from Sam’s in 2 months.
