This was badly butchered then stuffed into the bag to hide how badly the point end of this brisket was mangled. It was a REALLY good tasting product. Thanks to it being a nice prime cut and my smoking technique but the point was absolutely mangled.

We were not happy with this meat at all, we smoked it and it was VERY tough when finished and it was not over cooked, just not happy with the quality at all!
