Excellent result! 18+ lb brisket trimmed to 12.5 lb, dry-brined and heavily seasoned. Moist and tender throughout. Will absolutely do this again.

Low price choice brisket. grilled on pellet grill at 205-250 for 13 hours. Rested for 4 hours. Meat was very tender and juicy.

Best brisket cut around, the meat is always tender. We cut it into 4 smaller pieces for the freezer.

Good quality beef, very fresh. Recommend seasoning and / or marinating before cooking. Would be excellent if charcoal grilled.

We smoked this brisket for Christmas dinner. It was so delicious. With the cost of beef beef at this time, we thought brisket was going to be a no go. Sam's was the best price we found anywhere and we did not regret this purchase.

Usually it's solid but this was the last one there during holiday season…… they should of reduced the price I think it was resealed had to trim away some of the meat along with the fat… thank god the smoker makes everything better

I've smoked 25+ of these prime grade briskets and they are top notch!!! A lot of reviews talk about how fatty these are and briskets are fatty by nature. It's how you prep it and smoke it. Trim the thick fatty parts down to about a 1/4" thick, cut out the hard fat, season and smoke!
