Wasn’t as tender as usual! We always have great meat from Sam’s but this Time it wasn’t as tender so we made shredded bar b q out of it and it was good!

I always purchase my prime briskets from Sam’s since the price was great and always had good results. They just about doubled their prices so I will not be buying anymore.

I generally buy 14 to 16 pound briskets and I’ve bought my share of them some choice and some prime. The choice seemed to have more fat content than the prime. I had to return one choice brisket due to over half of it in weight was fat.

Grilled/smoked for 15 hours while mopping every hour, I fell asleep during the last 5 hours so couldn’t mop or wrap, but it was still outstanding, 15llb for $34 is insane! Omw to buy another one since I almost went to KFC..

The brisket was marked down that’s why I brought it I used scan and go I didn’t get the marked down price I called she sent me a voucher but I couldn’t download it

Poor quality, lost almost half the brisket when cutting the fat before cooking. Package was deceiving, expected some fat but this was very deceiving. I won't be buying again.

I've bought and smoked several briskets from butcher shops and this brisket was just as good if not better. It had less trimming than the others. The price is stupid good also.

To be fair, store personnel shopped for me since I picked up curbside. The brisket had too much fat, and was way too small. I froze it and bought a much larger one it at another store. I can’t comment on the taste as I have not cooked it yet

Bought this yesterday. When we cut it in half hardly any meat what so ever. I realize brisket has a fair amount of fat but this is 90% fat! If you want to by a hunk of “meat” do not buy this. If you like tons of fat, this is for you.

I've smoked many briskets and tried them from several places and companies, but the butchering is terrible with these great marbling and fat through out I'd buy one again but whoever was the original butcher went crazy slashing the fat cap and point was cut horribly and required a lot of touch up to get a good shape.
