The pack I received has at least 50% fat. I am so disappointed with the quality. Won't buy again. Just waste of money.

This brisket was marbled very well and it turned out juicy and tender. The price was good and the meat was delicious.

To be fair, store personnel shopped for me since I picked up curbside. The brisket had too much fat, and was way too small. I froze it and bought a much larger one it at another store. I can’t comment on the taste as I have not cooked it yet

I bought this Brisket a couple of weeks ago and it was great. Had very little trimming of fat compared to the choice cut. slow cooked this Brisket for 16 hours at 200 degrees and it was like butter to cut. Great piece of meat!

This is fattiest brisket I've ever bought, and I have been making brisket for years. I've always been pleased with what I've gotten at Sam's, but this was a real disappointment.

The brisket was marked down that’s why I brought it I used scan and go I didn’t get the marked down price I called she sent me a voucher but I couldn’t download it

It was a bit pricey for the quality of brisket. It cooked well and tasted good but the amount of unnecessary trim left on made me see how much money was wasted on fat.

Too much fat! After cutting lots off but leaving enough for the smoking process, it turned out with too much gristle! Sadly, most of this $80.00 purchase was thrown away.

I had a 13lb brisket, and it did have plenty of fat (which i used to make broth with). It was great for backyard bbq, but I wouldn't use it for competition bbq.
